Zásady ochrany osobných údajov

Mobilná aplikácia Beepo a web beepo.sk

Stručne Aplikácia Beepo nevyžaduje registráciu ani účet. Nezbierame vaše meno, e-mail, telefónne číslo, adresu, polohu ani platobné údaje. Na doručovanie notifikácií ukladáme iba technický identifikátor zariadenia a zoznam streamov, ktoré odoberáte.
  • Žiadna reklama, žiadne sledovanie, žiadny predaj údajov.
  • Fotoaparát slúži iba na skenovanie QR kódov – obraz sa neukladá ani neodosiela.

Aké údaje spracúvame

Tieto údaje nie sú spojené s vaším menom ani inou identitou a nepoužívame ich na profilovanie. Podľa nariadenia GDPR sa však aj technický identifikátor zariadenia považuje za osobný údaj, preto ho tu uvádzame.

Účel a právny základ

Údaje spracúvame výlučne na poskytovanie služby, o ktorú ste požiadali – doručovanie notifikácií zo streamov, ktoré odoberáte (čl. 6 ods. 1 písm. b) GDPR), a na zabezpečenie služby proti zneužitiu a zobrazenie počtu odberateľov správcom streamu v súhrnnej, anonymnej podobe (oprávnený záujem, čl. 6 ods. 1 písm. f) GDPR).

Ako dlho údaje uchovávame

Údaje o zariadení a odberoch uchovávame, kým aplikáciu používate. Zrušením odberu sa záznam o odbere vymaže. Po odinštalovaní aplikácie prestane byť push token platný a súvisiace údaje priebežne odstraňujeme.

3. Web beepo.sk a kontaktný formulár

Ak nám napíšete cez kontaktný formulár, spracúvame meno, e-mailovú adresu a text správy, ktoré do formulára zadáte. Použijeme ich iba na odpoveď na vašu požiadavku (čl. 6 ods. 1 písm. b) a f) GDPR). Správa sa doručí e-mailom nášmu tímu a na vašu adresu pošleme automatické potvrdenie o jej prijatí. Tieto údaje uchovávame len po dobu potrebnú na vybavenie komunikácie, najdlhšie 2 roky.

Web nepoužíva analytické ani reklamné cookies. Pri načítaní stránky sa z externých serverov načítavajú písma (Google Fonts) a knižnice (jsDelivr); tieto služby pritom technicky spracúvajú IP adresu vášho prehliadača. Poskytovateľ webhostingu uchováva bežné serverové záznamy (IP adresa, čas prístupu) na zabezpečenie prevádzky.

4. Príjemcovia a sprostredkovatelia

Údaje nepredávame ani neposkytujeme tretím stranám na marketing. Na prevádzku služby využívame týchto sprostredkovateľov:

5. Prenos údajov mimo EÚ

Niektorí z uvedených sprostredkovateľov (napr. Google, Expo, Apple) môžu údaje spracúvať aj v USA. Prenos prebieha na základe rámca ochrany údajov EÚ – USA (EU-US Data Privacy Framework) alebo štandardných zmluvných doložiek schválených Európskou komisiou.

6. Vaše práva

Podľa GDPR máte právo:

Najjednoduchšie je zrušiť odbery priamo v aplikácii alebo aplikáciu odinštalovať. Keďže nevieme, komu zariadenie patrí, pri žiadosti e-mailom vás môžeme požiadať o informácie potrebné na nájdenie záznamu (napr. zoznam odoberaných streamov).

7. Deti

Aplikácia nie je určená špeciálne pre deti a nezbiera žiadne údaje, z ktorých by sa dal určiť vek alebo identita používateľa.

8. Zabezpečenie

Komunikácia medzi aplikáciou a serverom je šifrovaná. Záznamy o odberoch nie sú verejne dostupné – aplikácia k nim pristupuje iba cez overené serverové funkcie.

9. Zmeny týchto zásad

Tieto zásady môžeme aktualizovať, napríklad pri pridaní novej funkcie. Aktuálna verzia je vždy zverejnená na tejto stránke spolu s dátumom účinnosti.

In short The Beepo app does not require sign-up or an account. We do not collect your name, email, phone number, address, location or payment details. To deliver notifications we only store a technical device identifier and the list of streams you subscribe to.

2. The Beepo mobile app

Data we process

Data Purpose
App installation identifier (device ID) and platform (iOS / Android) Distinguishing individual devices and counting a stream's subscribers.

List of subscribed streams and subscription time Knowing which notifications to send you and which beeps to show in the app.

This data is not linked to your name or any other identity and is not used for profiling. Under the GDPR, however, even a technical device identifier counts as personal data, which is why we list it here.

Purpose and legal basis

We process this data only to provide the service you requested – delivering notifications from the streams you subscribe to (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) – and to protect the service from abuse and show stream owners an aggregated, anonymous subscriber count (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

How long we keep data

Device and subscription data is kept for as long as you use the app. Unsubscribing from a stream deletes the subscription record. After you uninstall the app, the push token becomes invalid and the related data is removed on an ongoing basis.

3. The beepoapp.com website and contact form

If you contact us through the contact form, we process the name, email address and message you enter. We use them only to respond to your request (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). The message is delivered to our team by email, and an automatic confirmation is sent to your address. We keep this data only as long as needed to handle the communication, for no more than 2 years.

The website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. When the page loads, fonts (Google Fonts) and libraries (jsDelivr) are loaded from external servers, which technically process your browser's IP address. Our web hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, access time) to keep the site running securely.

Some of these processors (e.g. Google, Expo, Apple) may process data in the United States. Such transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

The easiest way is to unsubscribe from streams directly in the app or to uninstall it. Because we do not know who owns a device, if you contact us by email we may ask for details needed to locate the record (e.g. the streams you subscribe to).

7. Children

The app is not specifically directed at children and collects no data from which a user's age or identity could be determined.

8. Security

Communication between the app and our servers is encrypted. Subscription records are not publicly accessible – the app reaches them only through verified server functions.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy, for example when we add a new feature. The current version is always published on this page together with its effective date.
